LifeBalance

UX / UI Design Project

CareerFoundry (2023)


After discovering that 40% of service workers I interviewed struggle with work/life balance and burnout, I designed LifeBalance to help users effortlessly track their mental and physical well-being. Through user research and persona development, I identified key pain points and created a design focused on simplicity and motivation. Using Figma and Adobe XD, I developed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Following usability tests, I refined the design for clarity and engagement before getting ready to hand it off to developers.

CareerFoundry (2023)


A UI focused project to create a responsive web app that empowers property buyers with the information they need to make informed decisions. Given a structured project brief with initial UX research, my role was to translate insights into an intuitive and professional user interface. To ensure the design aligned with real user needs, I conducted competitive analyses of top real estate apps like Zillow, identifying key features that enhance search, comparison, and decision-making. The final solution balances clarity, accessibility, and visual appeal, making real estate exploration approachable—even for first-time buyers.

I’m stepping into UX with new tools and the same dedication to providing an outstanding experience. Everything I learned in hospitality—empathy, communication, adaptability—I now bring into designing for people.
